Dave Webster, CEO
Dave joined CPM in 2020 as CEO. Prior to CPM, Dave led global product company, Electrical Components International, for over 20 years growing the business to over $1B in revenues, 20,000+ employees and 14 different countries. Dave’s business philosophy is predicated on ‘value and service’ built on operational excellence, product leadership and deep customer, business partner and community relationships. Dave holds business administration and juris doctorate degrees from Kent State University and Case Western Reserve University respectively.
Doug Ostrich, CFO
Doug joined CPM in 2003 as CFO. With more than 26 years of financial experience, including stints at Ernst and Young and a couple of private equity placements, Doug guides our platform acquisition strategy leveraging the financial strength of CPM with corporate, global finance. Doug knows our numbers, the business and has the global connections for expansion success. Doug holds an accounting degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
Kyle Roed, Vice President, Human Resources
As Global VP of Human Resources, Kyle has responsibility for worldwide CPM Human Resources, Safety and People Operations functions. He brings deep experience and knowledge to the role, previously serving as Senior Human Resources Manager, Sr. Human Resources Generalist, Sr. Executive Team Leader – Human Resources, and IT Manager for fortune 500 companies. Erik Pederson, Chief Procurement Officer
Erik joined CPM in 2020 as CPO. Prior to CPM, Erik held leadership positions in Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Logistics at nVent, a diversified industrial manufacturer. Erik also spent 10 years at General Mills with roles in operational and supply chain leadership which included experiences with equipment from most of the CPM product lines. Erik brings a customer-first philosophy to Procurement that focuses on process improvements and business partnerships to create top and bottom line value in organizations. He holds a MBA from the Carlson School of Management and Doctorate degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Morgan Boyd, Vice President, Information Technology
Morgan brings 30 years of experience to CPM while directing the CPM Global Information Technology team. Morgan joined CPM in 2014 and has focused on building leading edge cloud infrastructure, modern digital security platforms and a unified global ERP system. World class customer support is paramount to the CPM IT vision for success. With a world class global IT team and Morgan’s experience in the banking and military sector, CPM is positioned to stay secure and stable for our long-term success. Morgan graduated from the Advanced Data Systems Engineering Program for the United States Navy and specialized in missile defense systems and served his country in the Atlantic Fleet.
Abe Aon, Vice President, Aftermarket
Abe joined CPM in 2021 as Global Vice President, Aftermarket bringing more than 20 years of experience in automotive engineering, original equipment sales, aftersales and leadership roles. Most recently, Abe was Business Leader – Aftersales, Service and Support at ZF (formerly WABCO). At CPM, Abe is responsible for managing the overall results and strategic growth of aftermarket parts and services globally. Abe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
Colleen Frei, Vice President, Corporate Strategy and M&A
Colleen joined CPM in 2020 as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, bringing a background in strategic financial management from start-up to Fortune 100 organizations. Most recently, Colleen was Director of FP&A, Global Operations at Medtronic. At CPM, Colleen is responsible for forward looking financial leadership, analysis and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and the advancement of data driven business intelligence. Colleen earned an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and MBA from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management.
Tim Brown, Vice President, Corporate Controller
Tim Joined CPM in 2010 and oversees financial operations, accounting and budgeting globally. Tim has nearly 20 years of accounting and management experience starting in public accounting with LarsonAllen (now CliftonLarsonAllen) and adding experience with a $500M privately held global manufacturer before coming to CPM. Tim is a CPA (Inactive) and earned his accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and MBA from Metropolitan State University.
Sean Callison, Corporate Counsel
Sean joined CPM in 2022 and oversees CPM’s legal and enterprise risk management programs. Sean previously worked at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP. He graduated from Drake Law School in 2016 with High Honors and Order of the Coif, and previously graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2013 where he majored in Accounting. He is originally from Indianola, Iowa.
